First, I hope you have signed up for Twitter itself…?

Instead of approving every one of your followers, try out this Twitter webservice: TweetLater.com. It will auto approve your followers. It will also allow you to schedule your tweets too. Track keywords on and clicks from Twitter. Automatic send a DM (Direct message) to new followers and greet them as a follower of you. Use this webservice for your multiple Twitter accounts. Some features you have to pay for, but most is free. Read more on the frontpage of the webservice. See the screenshot below.

And if you want more try out this Twitter autofollower webservice: Twollo.com. It will search for twitter users per keyword and autofollow them.

And if you need to schedule your tweets for later (also do recurring tweets daily/weekly/montly), try out this Twitter webservice: FutureTweets.com. It will do just that. Pumping out your tweets for you either once or recurring. Just write the tweet, set timestamp (date/time) and how often. You can delete your account if you don’t want/need it anymore. And it only usable with one Twitter account at the time. Need more and you have to sign up for more accounts and hook them into your other Twitter accounts. But, that’s easy. See screenshots below.

Also try out this little system: TweeterGetter. It is said to increase your Twitter followers to 15 625 in a month (30 days). It still stand to see that.

Also feed your RSS from your blog/forum/etc to to your Twitter account by using this webservice: TwitterFeed.com.
