I get a lot of different offers on a own Gmail account I have setup to receive “make money stuff”. I can do and know a great deal of HTML, CSS, PHP, and how to install, config and administer different PHP-scripts like content management systems (CMS), forums, blogs, web shops, image galleries, and misc. other PHP-scripts. Get a free blog on Wordpress.com and try it out as a humorblog perhaps with jokes and funny photos or write something like tips about your hobby. Spread and share your knowlegde. Blog are a great tool to do just that. Like mine you’re reading now. Searchengines loves blogs because they crave new content to index all the time. And you can ping your blog with blog update services and add your blog to many blog directories. You can use the text widgets to display ads in the sidebar(s).

If you sell your products on the net, you can use Flickr.com to showcase your products with a link back in the description to your productpage. I don’t know if that has been done, but it’s easy to do. Just don’t give up on yourself.

Find a forum with in your area of expertise or hobby and put a link in the forum signature to your blog or webshop. Ask around and help others in a nice way. They will trust you and maybe do business with you.

Regarding the amount of work.

Yes, it will take some work but not more than a normal act of Internet use would take. It should be seen on as a fun experience to do this. It makes it easier.
